All ENDA e-bike & bike frames are warranted against manufacturer defects and workmanship. All parts of your new e-bike & bike frame are covered by a standard 12 months warranty from the date of delivery,while we service free maintenance or replacement, subject to the following conditions.We stand behind our brand, our products and our service.
The Limited Warranty Does Not Include the Following:
Any products not sold on our website.
Defects or damage caused by external reasons, including bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, improper storage, stolen items, etc.
All human-caused, including defects or damage caused by improper operations such as assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modification, upgrades, etc.
Ordinary wear and tear caused by normal storage or use.
Products whose serial numbers or barcodes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.
1) If you experience any issues with your ENDA product during the warranty period, you are invited to contact the customer service staff via email or telephone.
2) It is necessary to provide pictures or videos of the problematic part so that we can evaluate the problem.
3)After receiving the request for repair, we will forward all necessary information to the technical department for review and help to repair.
4) Once the technical department agrees, we will send you replacement parts and assist you with warranty issues.
Note: Customers must provide evidence of a damaged product before ENDA will replace or repair any products. Customers need to email photos of their damaged product, along with an explanation of what caused the damage before ENDA will replace or repair any products.
